Right in the heart of Chamonix is our Big Mountain Bar. We opened our doors in March 2019 offering 12 taps of craft beer, boasting a mix of our own Big Mountain beers and guest beers from some of Europe’s best craft breweries.
With indoor seating for around 50 people, and an outdoor terrace of the same size, our bar is small enough to feel cosy, but spacious enough to accommodate a large group.
If you’re feeling little hungry we do mixed plates of charcuterie and local cheeses with fresh local bread, and of course it isn’t just beer on the drinks menu. We have a full range of spirits and mixers, was well as a carefully curated wine list.
You can buy bottles and canned Big Mountain Beer to take away, and we also offer a growler filling system for each of our 12 draft beers. This is a specialist CO2 purging system, meaning your reusable growler bottle will hold your beer fresh and stable for around 4 weeks. Then just wash the bottle, bring it back, and fill it up again - zero waste beer!
